Tough questions during interview

Some tough questions that might be asked during the interview:

  • Tell me about yourself
  • What can you offer us?
  • What are your strength?
  • What have you accomplished?
  • What are your limitations?
  • What do you know about the company?
  • If I spoke to one of your previous class teachers/tutors, what would he say about your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
  • What are your ambitions for the future?
  • Why do you want to work for us?
  • What do you find the most attractive about this job?
  • What is least attractive about this job?
  • Do you consider yourself to be a creative person?
  • How would you describe your own personality?
Some sample questions that you might want to ask the interviewer(s) :

  • What do you see as the main priority when starting in this job?
  • What challenges do you think the job holder will face?
  • Can you please tell me about the training and development available to the successful candidate?
  • How would you describe the culture of this organisation?
  • What are some objectives that you would like to see achieved in this job?
